Longitudinal beam gantry automatic welding machine: The method of submerged arc welding is used to weld the girder, which can ensure the quality and strength of the weld and improve the welding efficiency.

Frame welding robot workstation: such as ABB robot welding workstation, matched with the full digital arc welding power supply, to achieve synchronous control and high-speed signal transmission, can weld the frame, fence, flower fence and other components, to ensure welding quality and production efficiency.

High digital display bending machine: the metal sheet or profile can be bent according to the set Angle and size, such as the bending of the goose neck part of the girder, the side beam, etc.

Shot blasting machine: by throwing high-speed projectiles, impact on the surface of the workpiece, remove rust, oil, oxide and other impurities on the surface of the workpiece, while producing compressive stress on the surface of the workpiece, improve the fatigue strength and corrosion resistance of the workpiece.

Electrophoretic coating equipment: the parts of the semi-trailer are immersed in the electrophoretic paint tank, and the paint liquid is uniformly attached to the surface of the workpiece through the principle of electrophoresis to form a dense primer coating with good rust and corrosion prevention properties.

Automated conveying system: The use of roller conveying, AGV transfer vehicle, etc., the parts processed in each process are transported to the corresponding assembly station, to realize the automatic handling and circulation of materials.

Automatic tightening tool: used to tighten various bolts, nuts and other connectors during the assembly of the semi-trailer to ensure the assembly accuracy and reliability of the connectors.

Coordinate measuring instrument: it can measure the three-dimensional dimensions of the parts of the semi-trailer, detect the machining accuracy and assembly accuracy of the parts, and find and correct the dimensional deviation in the production process in time.

Ultrasonic flaw detector: used to detect whether there are internal defects in the welding part, such as cracks, pores, slag inclusion, etc., to ensure welding quality.
